About

Genesis and the team

The site was born when I was assembling my first 3D printer - RepRapPro Mono Mendel (revision 2013-05-16). It's a rather simple printer for assembly and you can buy a DIY kit for it or gather all parts on you own. Do it yourself information is available on reprap.org, and full sets and their documentation is on reprappro.com (documentation is free).

For now the editorial team is small ;-), but if you have a 3D printer and want to team up - write to me: www-at-3d.enux.pl.

Scope and languages

The idea is to gather all projects, notes and how to's for 3D printing. Of course my main focus is on technologies that are in my reach and that is Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). This is also the only technology that is available for most home users so it should cover everything you need :-).

The site is bilingual, but I consider English to be default. This is not my first language, but I will try my best to not make horrible spelling errors. If you want to help in translations then please register and we can talk. You can also comment under most pages and pinpoint typos. Any help is greatly appreciated!
