ABS is a general purpose, strong, and heat resistant type of plastic. It can be used to print all kind of machine parts, but also food containers.
PLA 180°C - 220°C

Polylactic acid is a cheap, biodegradable polymer. Can be used for containers (also food containers) and trays.
